Frank is currently undertaking an Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, gaining high-volume experience in primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty. His hip training is predominantly through the posterior approach, with additional exposure to the direct anterior approach, alongside robotic-assisted techniques.

He will subsequently complete a further fellowship at Hennick Humber Hospital, affiliated with the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada, focusing on primary and revision direct anterior hip arthroplasty, hip resurfacing via the anterior approach, navigated surgery and robotic-assisted knee arthroplasty. His fellowship training has been supported by awards from the British Orthopaedic Trainees Association (BOTA), the British Hip Society, the British Orthopaedic Association and LEDA Orthopaedics, providing more than £10,000 in funding.

Frank studied medicine at King’s College London and completed an intercalated BSc in Surgery and Anaesthesia at Imperial College London. He subsequently undertook a Darzi Fellowship in Clinical Leadership, completing a postgraduate certificate in Healthcare Leadership with merit. He has also served as Secretary of both the Percivall Pott Training Programme and BOTA.
