After graduating Medicine from King’s College London, with an iBSc in Surgery and Anaesthesia from Imperial College, Zahra completed her Foundation Training in the South Thames Deanery then Core Surgical Training in the Kent, Surrey Sussex Deanery. She ranked 1st at National Selection for Trauma and Orthopaedics training and is currently a registrar on the Percivall Pott Rotation. Zahra’s interests include teaching, having completed a year as a Surgical Simulation Fellow at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals and attained a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Education, as well as Global Surgery, with placements at the Beit Cure Hospital, Malawi and the World Health Organisation, Geneva.
